oh , I'm very despointed to learn his death now on your blog: I'm a huge fan of his art, maybe the only one in France, Ive collected the biggest part of his books, and a lot of original art too . it's a very good choice to show an illustration of one of his Golden Books starring the Flintstones he drew so well !
hi - can you tell me where you linked/found the original painting of magilla gorilla? (no luck with google) i'd like to zoom in on it if possible, and a lot of those auction sites allow you to do so. i never get tired of viewing those mel crawford originals! RIP

ReplyDeleteI saw that original painting pic on-line somewhere. But, I do know that it was done for a "Magilla Gorilla" Big Golden Book.
