Over the years, I've heard many people say that they didn't like the go-go-check design element that DC Comics was putting across the tops of their comic covers during 1966 through 1967. I loved it! This is my favorite era of DC Comics! From my collection, here's GREEN LANTERN #49 from 1966. I'll have to post more go-go checked DC covers soon.
You can put me in the "Like" camp. I also loves the brief period in DC history when characters had big, bold arrows all over their costumes, Red Tornado being the one that immediately springs to mind.
