I was very saddened this morning when I heard the news that Davy Jones had passed away. Above is the DAVY sketch card from my set of MONKEES cards...and below is a pic that Davy signed for Leslie and I about two weeks ago in Burbank, CA. The very bottom pic was taken by Leslie of Davy signing our pic. 8^)
Looking forward to getting my UNDERDOG: THE COMPLETE SERIES DVD set! Here's a couple of unused SWEET POLLY PUREBRED concepts/poses submitted for the UNDERDOG style guide a few years ago.
Leslie and I had a great day at DISNEYLAND today! We had a terrific lunch at the Blue Bayou restaurant, which is located inside the PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN attraction. Also...above is the cover for VACATION IN DISNEYLAND #1 FROM 1965. 8^)

KISS...their first, self-titled album was released 38 years ago today, February 18, 1974! Songs include STRUTTER, DEUCE, FIREHOUSE, BLACK DIAMOND and COLD GIN! To me, KISS is and always will be...GENE SIMMONS, PAUL STANLEY, ACE FREHLEY and PETER CRISS! 8^)
Just recently "re-added" this comic book to my collection...THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD #113. I remember buying this comic off of the spinner rack back in 1974! 8^) What happened to DC Comics??!!
Yesterday marked the 76th anniversary of the first daily newspaper strip of THE PHANTOM! That first strip appeared on February 17, 1936.

What happened to the rest of the POPEYE DVD sets that Warner Bros. was supposed to release? I really enjoyed the sets WB did release and was looking forward to the rest of them!
