| This arrived in Monday's mail...a SVENGOOLIE autographed postcard! I've been a fan of Svengoolie for years. I used to watch him on local TV in Chicago back in the late 1980s and early 1990s before moving to the Los Angeles area. Now, Svengoolie is on every Saturday night on MeTV here in Los Angeles. A big THANK YOU to Rich "Svengoolie" Koz for sending along the autographed card! 8^) |

I watched Sven on Channel 32 out of Chicago back in the 70s. It disappeared when I was in high school and made it's re-appearance in the 80s when you were watching. Great fun for a Friday night when you were in grade school.
GoGo -- I also watched Jerry G. Bishop as the original Svengoolie on WFLD Ch. 32 when I was a kid. Remember the commercials for the House of Louis? 8^) Rich Koz started as the "Son of Svengoolie". Great stuff! 8^)
You must have grown up in Chicagoland to watch WFLD. Too cool.
