Back when McDs used to be kind of fun... a little Disneyland, a little H.R Puffnstuff. Have you seen their new direction? Every thing is modern and sleek...and generic and forgettable. They recently remodeled the "Play Place" at the location near me...it is literally an ALL BLACK high-rise of metal bars and mesh, like stacked cages. Looks more like a prison than a playground. I almost expected the kids in there on the upper level to shout down taunts about "fresh meat" as I entered the restaurant.
