Recently, Leslie and I took our nephew, Jonah, to DISNEYLAND to celebrate his 8th birthday! We all had a great time riding through PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN, the JUNGLE CRUISE, IT'S A SMALL WORLD, the PRIMEVAL WORLD, visiting the ENCHANTED TIKI ROOM and more! Enjoy the above vintage DISNEYLAND map!

Leslie and I had another great visit to DISNEYLAND today! Perfect weather and it wasn't crowded...we literally walked right into PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN and the HAUNTED MANSION. On this visit, we rode the DISNEYLAND RAILROAD around the park and saw the very cool PRIMEVAL WORLD exhibit that Walt Disney created for the 1964 World's Fair in New York. We try to do and see a few different attractions each time we go to DISNEYLAND.

HAPPY 55th TO DISNEYLAND!

Yesterday was the 55th anniversary of the opening of DISNEYLAND! I love the PRIMEVAL WORLD exhibit...you'll see it only if you're riding the Disneyland Railroad. Leslie and I will be checking it out again very soon. Happy (belated) 55th Birthday to Disneyland!
