DONNA LOREN

Last night at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood, Leslie and I had the pleasure of meeting actress and singer, DONNA LOREN. DONNA performed a medley of hits from her movies and songs from her new CD...did a Q&A session with the audience...and signed autographs in between screenings of two of her movies, MUSCLE BEACH PARTY and BEACH BLANKET BINGO. A great time was had by all in attendance! DONNA LOREN is appearing at this weekend's HOLLYWOOD COLLECTOR'S SHOW in Burbank, CA! Head out there and say hello to DONNA.

DONNA LOREN appeared on TV's BATMAN, THE MONKEES and SHINDIG!

DONNA was also the DR. PEPPER GIRL of the 1960s!

BUGS BUNNY & THE TASMANIAN DEVIL CEL

I don't recall ever seeing the "finished product", but here's a BUGS BUNNY and TASMANIAN DEVIL cel that I inked a few years ago for Ruth Clampett at Clampett Studio Collections. Measuring 16 1/2" x 20 1/2" framed, "You Dirty Devil" was rendered by Juan Ortiz with background by Hector Martinez. I think the cel turned out quite nice! GARFIELD GOOSE AND FRIENDS

Here's another classic Chicago kids TV show that I grew up watching on WGN-TV, Channel 9...GARFIELD GOOSE AND FRIENDS! The show was hosted by the late, great FRAZIER THOMAS, and featured the puppets GARFIELD GOOSE, ROMBERG RABBIT and MACINTOSH MOUSE. This is also where I was introduced to CLUTCH CARGO, THE FUNNY COMPANY and DIVER DAN!
