KISS...their first, self-titled album was released 38 years ago today, February 18, 1974! Songs include STRUTTER, DEUCE, FIREHOUSE, BLACK DIAMOND and COLD GIN! To me, KISS is and always will be...GENE SIMMONS, PAUL STANLEY, ACE FREHLEY and PETER CRISS! 8^)

I agree 100% that the real KISS is the founding members! I also think that 1977 was the last year that they put out really good "ROCK" music...Love Gun was the beginning of the end. Of course that's just probably because I'm an old fart ;^)
