FRANKENSTEIN JR. and THE IMPOSSIBLES!

DICK BEALS 1927-2012

Sorry to hear that legendary voice actor DICK BEALS has passed away at the age of 85.  Dick Beals was best known as the voice of SPEEDY ALKA-SELTZER.  A personal favorite of mine was Beals as BUZZ CONROY in the 1960s Hanna-Barbera cartoon series, FRANKENSTEIN JR.

FRANKENSTEIN JR. TRANSPARENCY

Blog reader Mitch Bilus of Woodmere, NY recently sent me this FRANKENSTEIN JR. image. It's directly from a 4 x 5 color transparency that was in Mitch's personal collection until recently. It's a great image that features FRANKIE JR., BUZZ CONROY and PROFESSOR CONROY! Click on the iamge for a larger view!
