POPEYE DVDs?

What happened to the rest of the POPEYE DVD sets that Warner Bros. was supposed to release? I really enjoyed the sets WB did release and was looking forward to the rest of them!

And I still lament the discontinuation of the Looney Tunes Golden Collection and Walt Disney Treasures sets.
